Recap of International Family Day Celebration
✨ Our International Family Day celebration was a heartwarming event that brought together over 60 students to explore the importance of family in early childhood education. ✨
Reading Sessions:
Our students immersed themselves in family-themed picture books that beautifully showcased the diverse aspects of family life. Each page turned deepened their understanding and appreciation for the love and care their families provide.
YCCECE Memory Wall:
The wall bloomed with colorful sticky notes and cherished messages, representing the strong bonds and unity that families bring. It was a beautiful reminder of the love that surrounds us.
Story Telling Session:
During the International Family Day Storytelling Session on May 9, 2024, Mary-Ann delighted students with the timeless picture book, "The Giving Tree." Through the selfless acts of a tree, the book beautifully conveys the importance of cherishing and nurturing our relationships with loved ones. This heartwarming tale serves as a gentle reminder of the power of familial love and the joy of selflessness.
We are grateful for the incredible turnout and the shared joy that filled the air during our International Family Day celebration. Thank you to all the teachers and students who joined us in celebrating the beauty of family.
